Laboratory Animal Care Workforce Study (for the Massachusetts Society for Medical Research)

This report presents an analysis of current labor market conditions related to the laboratory animal care workforce in New England.  The study discusses a range of issues including: current challenges to hiring and retention, the expected future demand for workers, and the possible mechanisms for improving knowledge of and preparation in animal care work for research facilities.
